Kale Delight

Ingredients:

1/2 bunch of raw Kale
1/2 small red onion
1/4 cup of pine nuts
1/2 bunch radishes
1 small daikon
1 carrot shredded juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup Olive oil

Chop the kale, onion, radishes, daikon in small pieces.

Combine with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!

Feta cheese or any other cheese may be added.
