  • Who: “I”

  • When: Establish a time frame. “… in 8 weeks …”
  • Which: Which methods will you use? “… by following the rejuvenation program eating guidelines and exercising …”
  • Where: Where will you do this? “… in the gym …”
  • Why: Why do you want to do this? “… so I can be healthy, energetic, and in great shape.”

Specific Goal Makeover Example: “I want to lose 10 lbs in 8 weeks by following the rejuvenation program eating guidelines and exercising in the gym so I can be healthy, energetic, and in great shape.”

That is a specific goal!
