Help for “Weekend Warriors”

Are you a “Weekend Warrior?” One of those people who jam-packs their weekends with gardening, cleaning, family fun, playing volleyball on the beach, or baseball with your coworkers, only to find yourself stiff, sore or achy when Monday rolls around?
You can get rid of “Monday-Muscle-Tension” by working with a clinical massage therapist, like me, who can help ease the discomfort of overused (hypertonic) muscles; reduce stress, and even correct postural dysfunctions aggravated by over-activity. Post-treatment often includes a recommended muscle-stretching and -strengthening plan to reduce pain, increase your body’s range of motion and get you ready for the next weekend! My services are available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with appointments beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 4: 30 p.m. On Fridays, the last appointment time is noon, and on Saturdays, I am available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
