The Most Important Step You Can Take Now To
Positively Improve Your Health

 By Dr. Ingrid

What’s the one resolution you can make in 2014 that will have the most positive and long-lasting impact on your overall health and well-being?

I bet your first guess is diet. But what I’m about to tell you is 100 times more effective, and I guarantee you if you take this step, your weight will naturally change. Your number two answer is likely “give up….,” and you can fill in the blank with sugar, gluten, alcohol, chocolate, and caffeine. Foods on the “give up list” have been known to have a detrimental impact on your health, however, that’s not the answer to my question. Did you guess juice fast or a detoxification cleanse? If you did, you may be surprised to learn that’s not the answer, either.

Think about this:

When you take your car to the mechanic with a series of miscellaneous complaints, what’s the first thing the mechanic does? More than likely, he (or she) will connect your car to a computer for testing. The test provides the mechanic with information about which parts need replacing; which fluids are low, and which system needs repair. Isn’t it time you learned which of your body’s systems are sluggish or in need of repair?

Make Your Health Decisions Based On Science

Now is the time to positively improve your health by getting a Nutritional Blood Analysis and Science-Based Nutrition Report™ at PureBalance Natural Family Healthcare Center. Even a little imbalance can lead to an overall feeling of malaise. That’s why we believe this innovative, science-based, blood test, which provides an overview of your body’s strengths and weaknesses, is the most effective, efficient, and affordable way to determine the true state of your health. Results include:

  • Potential or existing disease states
  • Cardiovascular, liver, kidney and thyroid health
  • Blood sugar and metabolic function
  • Vitamin D levels
  • Hormone health
  • Inflammation markers

Based on the test results, you’ll meet with me to review the findings and together plan the steps necessary for restoring or improving your overall health. Using the results as the road map, I’ll help you develop a specific plan that includes the most beneficial nutritional supplements; dietary recommendations, and lifestyle changes that will lead to weight loss and health gain.

What makes this test different?

Traditional, allopathic blood chemistry panels are looking for disease states. The results are compared to “normal range.” Unfortunately, “normal range” doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re healthy or free of disease. A “normal range” blood test simply means you are not yet as sick as the other people used to determine the normal range (an average of all the people tested by a specific laboratory, not a national average). In addition, many health problems show up in the blood long before you actually experience symptoms. For example, despite the vital function they play in your health and well-being, your kidneys and liver can be depleted a full 80-percent before you have any symptoms! That’s why a nutritional blood analysis is an essential tool for achieving your best health yet.The process is simple: Stop by or call the office to request your Nutritional Blood Analysis. A questionnaire will be sent to you via email. Once you reply with your answers, you’ll receive a requisition form. The night before your blood test, you’ll fast beginning at 8 p.m. The next morning, you’ll take the requisition form to the nearest Labcorp office to have your blood drawn. In most instances, no appointment is necessary. But it’s always good to call the business day before to make sure. You’ll have your test results in one week.
