Join Us for Our 7th Anniversary Celebration and Open House
Join us March 22nd!
Seven years ago, we were able to fulfill one of our dreams by opening the doors to our own health and wellness center. Since that time, PureBalance Natural Family Health Care has been at the forefront of providing chiropractic and alternative healing care; nutritional supplements; massage therapy; healthy-eating planning; lifestyle guidance; cooking classes, and wellness education, to hundreds of families. Thank you for trusting us with your family’s health and well-being.
To express our appreciation, we’re inviting you to the PureBalance Natural Family Health Center’s 7th Anniversary Celebration and Open House on Saturday, March 22, 2014. Join us from 2-6 p.m. for an afternoon of family fun – including yummy and healthy snacks; complimentary massage or cranial sacral sessions; informational talks, and raffle prizes!
This is also a great time for you to meet our staff and learn about the many new programs, products and services we believe will help revolutionize your health. The event is free and open to the public, so be sure to bring your friends and family! We look forward to seeing you on March 22nd!
The Paleolithic Food Fest
“I never knew gluten-free and Paleo foods could taste so good!”
“This is so yummy!”
“Wow…this is good.”
“Can we do this again, next week?”
This just a sampling of the many comments overheard during the first PureBalance Paelo Cooking Class of 2014.
Participants saw a presentation about the benefits of the Paleo eating and lifestyle, and Dr. Ingrid demonstrated the simplicity and fun of making healthy meals. She said the key was planning and organization, and set a display of the foods she most often uses at home.
Some of the yummy foods demonstrated and/or served included: grain-free granola; baked chicken; tuna and lettuce wraps; steamed zucchini noodles and tomato sauce; savory butternut squash soup; gluten-free flatbread and crackers, and banana bread. Participants also received a packet of recipes and information about helpful cookbooks, such as Against all Grain by Danielle Walker.
The winner of the drawing was Eva Labak. You’ll get a report in the April newsletter about her family’s week of Paleo eating.
The Coming Weight-loss Revolution
I’ve just returned from Utah where I learned about a health-enhancing program that has weight-loss as one of its primary benefits. It’s the next piece of my dream—it brings together everything I already knew and have been teaching into one system that’s not only effective, it’s life changing.
You’re invited to a free information session next Wednesday, March 19th, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to hear about what I learned. Whether you want to lose five pounds or 50 pounds, the perspective that I’ll share about the root cause of weight gain will empower you to finally make the changes you’ve been seeking.
The presentation is free and will last about 60 minutes. I promise you, it will be well-worth your time.
After the presentation, if you decide you want to have the one-on-one weight-loss evaluation, I’ll provide you with a $50 discount coupon. The coupon will entitle you to have the evaluation for $75, rather than the regular price of $125.
There are ONLY SEVEN slots remaining for the presentation and discount. To reserve your spot, call: 224.521-1212.
